What are your box office hours?

Wednesday & Saturday 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm as well as every show day from 12:00 pm until 15 minutes after start of event.

When do doors open for the show I am attending?

Generally, doors open 45 minutes prior to show time. This is subject to change for specific shows and will be posted should that be the case.

What is the age limit?

A vast majority of our shows are open to all ages. Should a show have an age limit, it will be posted in the description of said event.

Where can I park? Is there valet parking?

There is street parking on Huron Ave. which is on the north side of the complex. A public parking lot is also available on the south side of the complex on the corner of Washington St. & Boynton St. There is no valet parking nor paid parking.

Where is the box office located? Where do I pick up will-call tickets?

The box office is located on the west side of the Lexington Village Theatre on Washington St. Our address is 7318 Huron Ave. Lexington, MI 48450. Will call tickets can be picked up here during box office hours. Wednesday & Saturday from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm and on event days from 12:00 pm until 15 minutes past the start of the event.

I need accessible seating. How do I get tickets?

If you need accessible seating at any of our events, we highly encourage you to secure that in advance because space can fill up quickly! We do have designated seats that are ADA compliant. These tickets can be purchased online at any time. If any additional help is needed, please call the box office at (810) 359-5108 and we would be more than happy to assist!

Is smoking allowed?

No smoking is allowed inside the venue. Smoking of any kind, whether it be cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, pipes, etc. must be done outside the building at least 15 feet away from the entrance. Smoking inside the venue is grounds for immediate removal.

Is there a bag policy?

Yes, please click HERE for an in-depth list of what items are prohibited in our venue. Only small clutches and wallets are allowed. The Lexington Village Theatre reserves the right to search any & all bags. Failure to adhere to this policy can result in removal from venue.

What do I do if I need help or have a question during the show?

If you have a general question or need assistance, please locate one of our LVT staff members and they will be able to assist you to the best of their ability. They will be wearing a black shirt with a white Lexington Village Theatre logo on it as well as a YELLOW Event Staff badge. If further assistance is needed, there are a select few staff members wearing RED All Access Badges that can resolve any larger issues. If there is a medical emergency, please notify our staff immediately. We have first aid kits located within the complex but if the emergency is severe, contact 911 as soon as possible and then notify our staff.

Can I re-enter the theatre?

You may only re-enter the Theatre if you have your wristband that was placed on your left wrist upon entering the venue the first time. If you remove your wristband, you will not be admitted back into the venue. You may go outside to smoke, use the restroom, or visit the Village Pub and still re-enter, but only with your wristband.

How do I become a season ticket member?

We would love for you to become a season ticket member! Please visit the Season Ticket Membership tab on our website for more information! We have multiple packages that can suit your needs!

Is food allowed in the venue?

No food is allowed inside of the venue. Although, we do have two restaurants located on site that you can visit either before or after the show! Visit the Village Pub or Sweetwater Gourmet Deli & Bar for a delicious meal or drinks! Both located at 7318 Huron Ave. Lexington, MI 48450.

What Does GA Standing Mean?

We use the term GA Standing (General Admission Standing) for some of our events. This indicates an open standing area which replaces the Cabaret Section for select events. You will not have a designated seat and will be required to stand for the entirety of the show.

Do children need a ticket?

All patrons are required to have a ticket to enter the venue, regardless of age. No lap-children are allowed.

I purchased tickets to an event, and I can no longer attend; can I get a refund?

All sales are final. We have a no refund or exchange policy for ticket purchases.
